COP26 : Ignoring the elephant in the room -- Beijing Review

The world’s biggest climate summit has fallen short of the mark, according to a report from the UN Climate Advisory Committee (COP25) which took place in Glasgow on October 31 and ended in the United Kingdom, China and India.
