FTC Taking Aim at ESG , PFAS , and Emerging Chemicals
The US Federal Trade Commission is expected to update its Green Guides, which could have significant impact on how companies promote and market their products, and how they avoid making environmental marketing claims that are unfair or deceptive. The BBC’s Chris Stokel-Walker explains why.
