AGL reveals demerger would cost $260m as Mike Cannon - Brookes tries to block plan
The Australian States of Energy (ASX) has revealed details of a planned takeover of two separate entities, which could cost up to $260m (£240m) per year, the company says.Among those involved is the retailing arm.
