Court tosses Exxon bid to stop Mass . climate lawsuit - Governor Wind Energy Coalition
The Supreme Judicial Court in Massachusetts has ruled that the state’s anti-SLAPP law does not apply to civil enforcement actions by the attorney general, it has been revealed. Justice Scott Kafker has told the BBC that it would put significant roadblocks to the Commonwealth's laws.
