SEC Announces Disclosures and Rules Changes Intended to Combat Greenwashing | Mintz

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has announced plans to change the name of investment funds in order to promote consistent, comparable, and reliable information about investors concerning their investments in environmental, social and governance factors. These changes have been published earlier this month.
