State Court Allows Climate - disclosure Claim Against ExxonMobil
The US Supreme Court has rejected a legal challenge filed against fossil fuel giant ExxonMobil over climate-related concerns - the Special Anti-Pollution Accountability Project (SLAPP) which could see the US state become the first state to take legal action.
