Europe Looks to Mandates as Step to Cutting Airline Emissions
The European Union’s climate change policy is being considered by industry circles as the bloc tries to cut carbon emissions by the end of the decade, according to a report from the EU transport agency Deutsche Welle. Climate change activists have told the BBC.
