Chris Bowen taps former chief scientist Ian Chubb to probe carbon credit system
Australia’s environment secretary Michael Bowen has announced a review of carbon credit schemes, aimed at cutting greenhouse gas emissions and encouraging more environmental activists to take steps to tackle climate change.A review is being launched in Melbourne.
