World Insights : EU return to coal shows double standard on carbon reduction - Xinhua

The European Commission has announced that nuclear and gas power plants could be reopened in the next few years, amid a growing row over greenhouse gas emissions in Europe, it has been reported by the Chinese state-owned Xinhua newspaper.
