How should lawyers respond to regulatory crackdowns on greenwashing ?
Australia’s Australian Financial Services Authority (Australian Insurance Regulator) has warned that a growing number of companies are being investigated by the regulator for alleged environmental interference, according to its chief executive Jenny Navidi. However, she says it is likely to be mandatory disclosures.
