Africa : COP27 Closes With Deal On Loss and Damage - A Step Towards Justice , Says UN Chief
The UN has reached an agreement to establish a funding mechanism to compensate the most vulnerable to the climate crisis, the UN Secretary-General António Guterres has said, as he called it "an important step towards justice".
