US : Joe Biden to back permanent G20 spot for African Union in upcoming summit
The United States is to endorse the African Union to be part of the G20 summit in Washington, the National Security Council has announced, in a bid to boost the region’s confidence in international conversations and initiatives, including climate change and security.
