Ukraine has urged the world to respond more rapidly to challenges including climate change and Russia’s war in Ukraine, in a speech to the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, which takes place on Tuesday. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has told the UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres.
