Africa must reverse the mining resource curse
South Africa has become the first African country in the world to invest in mining, according to a report from the International Monetary Fund (IIB) in Cape Town, the country’s economy's headquarters in New York, on Wednesday. They are also among the Africans who have taken part in an international investment conference.
