EIG Breakwater Energy Acquires 25 % Stake in Repsol Upstream for $4 . 8B
A Canadian energy company has taken a stake in the world’s biggest energy firm, Repsol Upstream, for $4.9bn (£4.6bm) worth of debt, according to the Financial Investment Group (EIG) in London.
