Investment giant under fire over Ohio chemical disaster
The largest shareholder of Vanguard has been sued by the US state of Ohio over a train derailment which killed hundreds of tonnes of toxic vinyl Chlorine (PVC) in Ontario in the early months of this year, it has emerged.
