Companies warned on disclosures

Global standards for corporate sustainability disclosures are being put on hold as regulators wrestle with a complex task of creating common international standards, says the International Securities Commission (IOSCO) chief executive Ashley Alder, who heads Hong Kong’s securities watchdog.
