Proposal on Climate - Related Disclosures Falls Within the SEC Authority
The US Treasury Commission has published a proposal to make subsidiary choices for climate-related disclosures to investors. The Commission’s former chief executive, Larry Madowo, has been asked to comment on the proposed policy.
